Searching for a job, co-op, and internship can be an overwhelming process and one that requires an investment of time and effort by students. You can support them by pointing them toward our job search resources that will guide students in developing a strategy, creating a timeline, and organizing their searches—keys to their future success that will make the process more manageable (and less stressful).

Interviewing
It’s important to be prepared, so be sure to research the company and the individual(s) you are scheduled to meet with. It is equally important to anticipate and practice answers to possible questions, and prepare your own questions to ask during your interview. It’s also vital to remember that an interview is not only beneficial for the employer; it is your opportunity to determine if the company is a good fit for you. Find all interviewing resources here.
Networking
Did you know that, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, up to 80% of jobs are found by candidates or filled by employers through networking? Students must start developing these skills early on for continued use throughout life. You can help get them started by referring them to our networking resources here.
