Schedule for the Day:
Boutique Career Fair: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Future of Work Panel and Networking Session: 3:00 – 4:30 p.m.

*Lunch will be available come 12PM. The available selections will include sandwiches (including tomato, basil and mozzarella [vegetarian] ; falafel with grilled vegetable and tahini sauce [vegan] ; Thai sesame chicken in lavash wrap [dairy free] ; grilled chicken caesar wrap; Italian chicken cutlet with provolone; turkey and havarti; and roast beed and boursin), tossed salad with grilled chicken, fruit, potato chips and chocolate chip cookies. Where can I park?
Parking will be available at Renaissance Parking Garage for $25 for the day. Drop-off will be available in front of the John D. O’Bryant African American Institute to leave your things before parking. The Renaissance Garage can be located at 835 Columbus Ave, Boston, MA 02120.
Where can I ship my items?
If you wish to ship your items instead of dropping them off day of, you can do so to:

We ask that you clearly label all of your things so they are not mixed with anyone else’s, and that you clearly label your things for the “BLACK & LATINX CAREER FAIR.”
Please note that Northeastern will not pay for any returns. If you wish for us to ship your things back, please include a return label with your boxes.
How do I get there with the MBTA?
If you are coming from the North, take the orange line down to Ruggles Station OR take the red line to Downtown Crossing Station, then switch to the orange line and take it to Ruggles Station. Make a left when exiting the platform. Across the circular field, you will find the John D. O’Bryant African American Institute.
If you are coming from the South, take the orange line up to Ruggles Station OR take the red line to Downtown Crossing Station, then switch to the orange line and take it to Ruggles Station. Make a left when exiting the platform. Across the circular field, you will find the John D. O’Bryant African American Institute.
If you are coming from the West, take the green line to Park Station, then take the red line to Downtown Crossing Station, then switch to the orange line and take it to Ruggles Station. Make a left when exiting the platform. Across the circular field, you will find the John D. O’Bryant African American Institute.
If you are coming from the East, take the blue line to State Station, then switch to the orange line and take it to Ruggles Station. Make a left when exiting the platform. Across the circular field, you will find the John D. O’Bryant African American Institute.
Are there Covid protocols?
Masks are optional. Please visit Northeastern’s Covid page for more information.
What will the setup be?
Tables will be 6ft x 2.5ft with two chairs (a third will be available for any employers who require it). There will be extension cords for every table.
