Employer Engagement and Career Design recognizes that people often prefer to engage in conversations about their career choices with peers, trusted faculty and staff, family members and others in their network.
Our Career Influencer initiative empowers our partners to be better equipped to support learners by providing them with the most up-to-date resources, trends, data, and information to share with their students. The goal of the Career Influencer initiative is to ensure that ALL learners have the tools needed for career success.
Currently, Career Design has partnered with over 20 Northeastern Departments and established hundreds of individual influencers, who have been active advocates of Employer Engagement and Career Design and career education at large.
