Employer Conference: Fostering Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging in the Workplace

Join us virtually on Thursday, June 24th, 1 pm-5 pm EDT for Northeastern University’s Employer Conference: Fostering Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging in the Workplace

.

For graduates, early equitable access to hiring and advancement opportunities not only enables an organization to attract top talent but increases employee engagement and productivity, contributing directly to a company’s bottom line.

This conference is an opportunity to share best practices in workforce diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). It will feature reflections from current students and their needs for DEI in the workplace and employers who recruit and retain diverse talent.

For employers interested in building and sustaining DEI recruitment pipelines with colleges and universities, our conference provides the opportunity to:

  • Participate in an insightful conversation about best practices in building talent pathways for historically marginalized populations on campus.
  • Network with panelists and attendees and continue the dialogue post-event.
  • Build and expand diverse talent pathways in co-op, full-time, internship, and project-based recruiting at Northeastern.

*As a virtual event, please know that there will be live captioning offered.
