MWRA provides wholesale water and sewer services to 3.1 million people and more than 5,500 large industrial users in 61 metropolitan Boston communities. We are undertaking a large deep-rock water tunnel project, and seek an entry-level staff engineer, preferably with 1-2 years of experience in civil engineering or geology. The candidate would support the engineering, geological and hydrogeological evaluations for the tunnel design program. The job is based in Chelsea, part-time in Needham, and involves 50-75% field work during drilling investigations, along with database management, submittal review and other tasks.
