Crotched Mountain's Year of Impact offers qualified individuals the opportunity to journey to New Hampshire and live and work at Crotched Mountain School in the beautiful town of Greenfield. For nearly 70 years Crotched Mountain School has provided special education, residential living, and accessible recreation to students with disabilities on our gorgeous mountain-based campus.
Year of Impact participants will work as Student Support Professionals in our Residential program, supporting students with disabilities on campus and in the community. Participants receive free meals and on-campus housing, competitive full-time pay (earn up to $2,500 a month!), full health benefits, a $2,500 bonus, and a world of experience.
Our newly renovated dorm-style living units are spacious and single-occupancy, with private bathrooms in every room. There is a large common area as well as a full kitchen. All meals are included free of charge at our main cafe, just steps away from your residence. Wifi is available in all rooms. And be sure to take advantage of all that New Hampshire has to offer: Boston 90 minutes away, the ocean within driving distance, skiing just 15 minutes away, hiking, kayaking, biking, and so much more!
No rent. No food costs. And get paid our full competitive wage, earning up to $2,500 a month as well as receive full health benefits! On top of that, upon completion of your Year of Impact, you will receive a $2,500 bonus. Build up savings, take a big bite out of student loans, and enjoy all the perks of working in New Hampshire (no sales or state income tax)!
