This workshop introduces a comprehensive self-improvement method to help you accelerate the skill of connecting. It's grounded in research findings, case studies and real-life success stories. Presenter: Liwen Yang is a  PhD candidate in Psychoanalysis. After obtaining the M.S. in Leadership and HR Management from Northeastern University, she explored her professional career in HR in different kinds of organizations ranging from startups, NGOs, to a global tech company.  As an international PhD student who couples significant corporate experience with systematic psychological training from her doctorate study, she has a deep understanding of human development and the growth potential of others. Liwen was a popular guest speaker at NEU’s Career Design and NEU’s Lean In To Grow’s programming. Before coming to U.S., she was a Psychology column writer for the largest evening newspaper in China.
