The MERC Education Career Fair provides an exciting opportunity for candidates to interact with K-12 school and education personnel from across the country.
This event is dedicated to facilitating the hiring process in education, school counseling/psychology/speech pathology, administration, social work, occupational therapy, and other related fields in a K-12 school setting.
Sponsored by the Massachusetts Educational Recruitment Consortium, our annual event is dedicated to facilitating the hiring process in education and related fields. This partnership between higher education and recruiting personnel from across the country produces one of the finest annual recruiting events of its kind.

Candidate Eligibility:
The fair is open to candidates pursuing careers in education and related fields, including teaching, administration, school counseling/psychology, occupational therapy, social work, and speech-language pathology.
Students and alumni from all class years are welcome!
There is no fee for student and alumni candidates interested in K-12 education from the fields mentioned to attend this fair

Same Day Registration is Welcome

Event Schedule:
10 AM: Career Fair Opens
10 AM – 12:30 PM: Candidate Registration
Candidates must check in on-site upon arrival. Please arrive no earlier than 10 AM. Pre-registration is strongly suggested for a simpler check-in process during the fair. Recruiters may offer to interview you during and immediately after the career fair.
1 PM: Career Fair Ends
1 PM – 3 PM: Optional On-site Interviews
Optional on-site interviews will be available immediately after the open fair per recruiter request and will take place in the event space.
