SCS provides consulting to registered investment advisors such as wealth managers, hedge funds and private equity firms who are registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“”SEC””). SCS is looking for new graduates to work and support our team as we review, test and document audit reviews of our clients. Compliance Assocaites will:
read and understand technical and legal documents (rules and regulations, contracts, policies and procedures, forms, reports, statements, marketing materials, tec.)
calculate and manipulate data from extensive Excel spreadsheets to compare, reconcile and to identify areas of weakness or confirm adherences with rules and regulations
document the results of findings in Excel and prepare summary reports in Word.
