Gather employer/alumni advice about this next step of your career. Get their perspective on how the pandemic has altered their recruitment and employee development strategies. Ask them about the nuances of virtual interviewing, the best ways to identify if the employer is a good fit for your career development and values, as well as how to build and maintain strong relationships with leadership and colleagues even if you are all working remotely.
