Welcome to Goodwin’s Life Sciences IP Litigation Program! We are thrilled to have you here.

Goodwin’s Life Sciences IP Litigation team delivers better outcomes for life sciences clients because of our deep knowledge of the industry. We have been fighting and winning across the biotech, pharmaceutical and medtech sectors for nearly 30 years. Our experience across the full spectrum of innovator and challenger products means we see every case from every angle. We’ve confronted every situation and faced every adversary. We know how the opponent thinks, which allows us to provide insights and strategies that others can’t. During this program, you will get the opportunity to step into the shoes of a Junior Litigation Associate and complete tasks that replicate the work our Life Sciences IP Litigation team does every day. You’ll learn key skills in:

Legal analysis and applying statutes to real disputesConducting focused legal research and presenting findings efficientlyCommunicating effectively with internal teams and external clients
