Only undergraduate students seeking their first co-op are eligible for this role – do not apply if you have previously completed 1+ co-ops.
1. A person with an electrical engineering background to support our research and development efforts in designing novel interfaces to couple capillary electrophoresis and nanoflow liquid chromatography to electrospray ionization mass spectrometry; or
2. A person to assist my lab and our spinout startup in developing a commercialization strategy and business plan for our joint STTR/SBIR NIH Phase II grant application that we (i.e., my lab and the startup) plan to submit in 2026 building on the success of our NIH STTR Phase I grant. The selected person will work directly with a Research Scientist, PhD students, and me to reach the goals of the respective project.
