What you will do
Work on a new skincare brand just as it launches with opportunities to touch every part of the business and make meaningful impact from day 1Help us ensure we win consumers’ preferences in each of the following touchpoints: When they learn about our brand and products (e.g., Search, Social Media, Influencers, eCommerce, PR, Community Management, etc.)When they choose to buy the products (e.g., DTC, package design, pricing, sustainability, social impact, etc.)When they use the products at home (e.g., delivery experience, product superiority via formulation and design, consumer research, etc.)Collaborate with CMO, CEO, PR agency, Digital agency, eCommerce agency, and design and manufacturing partnersMonitor and manage the brand’s website and eCommerce business, social media platforms, PR, influencer, and digital efforts, retention marketing (email and SMS), and performance KPIs, adjusting outreach tactics, content, and marketing campaigns as neededDrive product reviews generation, measure consumer satisfaction with products and services, and propose adjustments to strategies accordinglyDevelop website and social media content, including leading partnerships with photography vendors, freelancers, agencies, and/or influencersInfluence brand and product sustainability efforts, including a TerraCycle recycling program, packaging refinements, outward communication, and third-party certifications and applications such as B CorpContribute to social impact initiatives, including a partnership with a local non-profitRecommend and drive third-party certification and claims approvals, such as EWG-verified, Cruelty-free, and BBB accreditationInfluence new product and packaging development, design, and marketing strategiesPrepare marketing proposals, presentations, data analysis, marketing research, and representations of complex findings into easily digestible content, based on company needsAssess and recommend brand and retail partnerships for additional distribution opportunitiesManage business case study work with a local college in the FallGain exposure to Board of Directors, world-renowned dermatologists and influencers, investors, and fundraising effortsWho you are
