Full-Time and Internship Recruiting and Hiring
At Northeastern University, our Employer Engagement and Career Design teams are dedicated to helping you connect with highly skilled students and expand your talent pipeline. With more than 50% of our graduates securing full-time offers from their co-op employers, Northeastern students are equipped with hands-on experience that sets them apart. Many organizations also recruit directly for post-graduation roles, tapping into our diverse and talented pool of candidates.
Our recruitment cycle runs year-round, with the most active periods during the fall and spring semesters. Whether you’re looking for co-op students, internships, or full-time hires, we’re here to support your recruitment needs and help you find the right fit for your organization.
Engagement Approach
Northeastern University’s comprehensive approach to connecting students with employers is structured around three key phases: Connect, Engage, and Educate.
- Connect: Start by registering on our recruiting platform to access student resumes, post job opportunities, and begin identifying top talent.
- Engage: Take part in our signature recruiting events, either in-person or virtually, to interact with students directly and showcase your organization’s culture and opportunities.
- Educate: Strengthen your brand by participating in employer-led mentoring and coaching sessions, providing valuable career guidance while building lasting relationships with students.
These three phases are designed to provide you with meaningful ways to connect with our students, build your brand, and identify the best candidates for your hiring needs.
