Join BAE Systems Electronic Systems to learn more about opporunities in our three-year rotational Leadership Development Programs. Representatives from Engineering and Operations will give an overview of the ELDP (Engineering Leadership Development Program) and OLDP (Operations Leadership Development Program) and provide information about how to apply for the 2026 cohort. Representatives will then be avaialble for 1-1 chats with students who are interested in discussing opportunities.
