The 60-Day Job Search Challenge

Mar 30 • 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

The job search can feel isolating and overwhelming—but it doesn’t have to be. Creating community around your search is powerful: research shows job seekers working in groups land roles 20% faster than solo searchers (Lee Hecht Harrison). Don’t let graduation arrive wishing you’d started earlier. The 60-Day Challenge gives you structure, accountability, and a peer cohort committed to the same goal: landing a full-time role.
What It Is:
This intensive 60-day sprint combines structure, peer accountability, and weekly momentum to give you a competitive advantage. Building on core job search skills from our workshops, the Challenge dives deeper into the planning, organizing, and tracking systems that successful job seekers use. Through weekly group meetings, shared progress tracking, and peer support, you’ll move from scattered efforts to focused action.
What’s Required:
? Attend weekly 60-minute virtual meetings starting February 9, 2026 (meeting times determined by participant availability)
? Share your weekly wins and challenges** – Brief updates on applications sent, connections made, and next priorities (we’ll provide a simple template)
? Support your cohort – Take turns facilitating discussions and sharing resources with your group
? Stay committed to the process – This works when everyone shows up and participates
What You’ll Achieve by Day 60:

20+ quality applications submitted to targeted companies
10+ professional connections actively engaged in your network
5-10 informational interviews completed with industry professionals
Interview skills practiced and refined through mock interviews
Clear job search system for tracking, organizing, and following up
Peer network of motivated job seekers for ongoing support

Bottom line: You’ll be more organized, more confident, and better positioned to land the right role than if you’d gone it alone.
