The Ph.D. journey can feel overwhelming at times: you might not know what career paths are available or of interest to you, or you might be unsure of what steps to take to explore those paths. Geared towards first- and second-year Ph.D. students (but open to all), this workshop will help you develop an Individual Develop Plan (IDP) to help you assess your own skills, interests and values; explore relevant career pathways; and develop clear and actionable steps to achieve your professional development goals. Together, we will learn how to navigate the Ph.D. “”wilderness.””
