About Talent Connect

Talent Connect is Northeastern University’s biannual, university-wide, recruiting event. It enables employers to speak directly with students across all position types (Full Time / Part Time, Internship, and Co-op).

The Talent Connect career fairs allow for learning more about each other – the employers’ businesses and career opportunities, and the students’ interests and qualifications. Following these sessions, employers have the ability to identify and interview appropriate students towards the goal of meeting their recruitment needs.

Talent Connect will be held over three days, featuring both on-campus and virtual sessions. You are welcome to attend any or all days, depending on your recruiting needs and availability.

How to Register

Registration for Fall 2026 Talent Connect will open soon.

Follow the steps below to complete your registration through NUworks:

Sign In or Create an Account

New to the system? Visit nuworks.northeastern.edu/employers and follow the Sign Up instructions.
Returning user? Use your employer email and password to sign in. Forgot your password? Click Forgot Password on the sign-in page.

Navigate to the Career Fair

Once logged in, click Events in the left-hand sidebar, then select Career Fairs. Click the title of the fair you wish to register for — note that the on-ground and virtual fairs are listed separately.

Complete the Registration Form

Fill out the registration form with as much detail as possible, including the names of all representatives who will be attending the fair.

Pay Your Invoice

After submitting your registration, you will be directed to your invoice. Your registration is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Participation Requirements

To participate in Northeastern Talent Connect, employers must commit to:

  • Post one or more open positions on our career portal, NUworks
  • Interview Northeastern students after the career fair (informational interviews are also acceptable)

Check-in Information: Employer check-in is at the Cabot Cage entrance on Forsyth Street. A driveway is available for material drop-off before parking.
