About Talent Connect

Talent Connect is Northeastern University’s biannual, university-wide, recruiting event. It enables employers to speak directly with students across all position types (Full Time / Part Time, Internship, and Co-op).

The Talent Connect career fairs allow for learning more about each other – the employers’ businesses and career opportunities, and the students’ interests and qualifications. Following these sessions, employers have the ability to identify and interview appropriate students towards the goal of meeting their recruitment needs.

Talent Connect will be held over three days, featuring both on-campus and virtual sessions. You are welcome to attend any or all days, depending on your recruiting needs and availability.

Event Schedule

Wednesday, February 11th: Science and Engineering (non-Software), Creative and Social Impact
1:00–5:00 PM EST
Thursday, February 12th: Business and Computer Science (Software Dev, AI, Data Science, Data Eng)
1:00–5:00 PM EST
  Friday, February 13th: Virtual (Open to All Disciplines)
  1:00–5:00 PM EST

Participation Requirements

To participate in Northeastern Talent Connect, employers must commit to:

  • Post one or more open positions on our career portal, NUworks
  • Interview Northeastern students after the career fair (informational interviews are also acceptable)

Check-in Information:
Employer check-in is at the Cabot Cage entrance on Forsyth Street. A driveway is available for material drop-off before parking.
