This information session will be hosted by members of POWER’s Transmission Line Design group in Freeport, ME. The Freeport group is currently seeking interns, co-op students, and full time hires for 2023. Our ideal candidates will have a strong background in civil engineering and a desire to work on a team of motivated engineers and designers to complete challenging projects. Working on a team at POWER doesn’t mean doing the same monotonous task over and over again, we make sure all our new engineers and interns have the opportunity to get involved with all aspects of design including concrete foundation design, geotech analysis, steel pole design, wood pole design, steel lattice design, wire sag/ tension analysis, and more! You’ll use all the classes you took in college and have the flexibility to find the areas that suit you the best.
