The Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) at Boston Children’s Hospital (BCH) is an internal consulting resource. We partner with senior leaders and the front line to bring strategic priorities to life at Boston Children’s. Since 2014, our team has worked closely with the Physicians’ Organization and the Hospital, practicing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize complex systems across our Enterprise by:
