Here is your chance to meet with Mathieu Jacob, a pharma industry professional with over 5+ years in the pharma industry!
Mathieu is an Associate Director in Global Labelling Strategy at AstraZeneca, within the Oncology Regulatory Science and Strategy group. In his role, he supports the development of regulatory submissions and the negotiation of drug approvals with major health authorities like FDA (in the US) and EMA (in the European Union). Prior to joining AstraZeneca, Mathieu worked at Johnson & Johnson where he led Canadian regulatory activities for several hematology-oncology products. Mathieu’s academic background is in cancer research, he holds a PhD in Cellular and Molecular Medicine from the University of Ottawa.
Mathieu is passionate about supporting students and would focus his time on what he identifies as critical skills for success within the pharma industry. Through real world examples, students will have the chance to learn what it takes to become a valuable employee in the industry.
