Give yourself a boost by learning some positive strategies you can use to work with and not against yourself, especially during those times you need a boost and want to put off your co-op, internship, job search, projects, or academic work. That’s natural. Whether it’s creating or updating your resume, creating your job search strategy, or working on an academic project, bring your tea or coffee and virtually attend this program/informal conversation for some great positive strategies!
All students attending this program can request to connect with an alumnus after this event who has dealt with procrastination so you can hear from an alumnus on what strategies they use! (virtual via Zoom or Teams)
