Intercultural Conversations Around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Join us for a conversation series via Zoom where we will focus on understanding race/ethnicity, racism/microaggressions, biases, and how to advocate for racial justice. We will be taking an intercultural approach and discuss these topics from the perspectives of both international students and domestic students. This conversation series is aimed to help participants develop cultural agility on the path towards becoming global citizens in the workplace.
The conversation series is hosted by co-op faculty Lucy Siying Lu and Julie Nguyen from the COE Co-op Department.
This conversation is the first of the series where we will discuss to understand race, ethnicity, and racism through a U.S. context. The event is open to all. Please make sure to RSVP before the meeting for our planning purposes.
