This is a great opportunity to learn about non-viral gene therapy with Carmine’s proprietary Red Blood Cell extracellular vesicle program. You will learn how to create the EVs that form the foundation of all of our gene therapy programs, and will obtain exposure as to how these vesicles are loaded with therapeutic payloads and assayed for durable gene expression. You will also learn about and perform many of the key analytical assays that are applied to release our RBCEV products.
