Are you curious about Leadership? sheLEADS: Women in Leadership is a series comprised of sessions specifically focused on individuals who identify as female and who have secured leadership roles within a variety of career fields. Register for this program to learn more about Leadership from our 2 Guest Speakers who are Northeastern University Alums! We look forward to your participation!
Each session will feature a guest speaker or speakers from a specific industry or career field who will discuss their career path(s), how they were able to overcome obstacles to rise in the ranks, and provide suggestions and advice to those who are interested in taking on leadership roles. There will be a dedicated portion to student Q & A.
Robbin Moore-Randolph is responsible for Investor Relations for Cars.com (NYSE:CARS), a leading digital marketplace and solutions provider for the automotive industry that connects car shoppers with sellers. Since joining CARS in April 2021, Robbin has transformed its investor relations strategy by delivering impactful investor communications that accurately present the Company’s goals and strategies.

Sharon Moore is a Business Negotiator/Contract Manager for Accenture LLP and is responsible for negotiating and managing several Business Process Outsourcing and Application Outsourcing projects in the Financial Service/Insurance Industry. Sharon is a self-motivated leader with vast experience in managing, drafting, negotiating, and administrating diverse contractual documents simultaneously in fast paced environment to meet tight deadlines. In addition, Ms. Moore is a CFO for a small business providing Security Guard Services in the Maryland/DC metropolitan area. She works closely with the President developing and implementing strategies to financial grow the business, oversees banking relationships/borrowings, RFP proposals/pricing, insurance, and technology.
Sharon started her career at Caltex Petroleum in Bahrain, where she worked as a Mechanical Engineer in a refinery. After getting her MBA, she joined at Citibank in its Structured Finance Group, where she was an associate and worked on several leverage buyouts (LBOs), and project finance transactions. In addition, she has worked for several years at GE Capital in its Project Finance group, structuring and financing energy projects in the U.S. Ms. Moore, also worked for Sithe Energies Inc and Chevron Corporation (formerly Texaco) where she developed, negotiated, structured for global energy projects (LNG and renewable) in Pakistan, and the Philippines.
Sharon’s work experience is complemented with an MBA from Columbia University and BS in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University
Ms. Moore is active in her community where she is on the Board for Financial Woman’s Association, and A Better Chance. She enjoys spending time with her daughter, 2 year-old Bernadoodle, and her family and friends, traveling and working out.




Robbin is a Finance Executive with deep experience in financial analysis, financial modeling and investor relations. She has spent more than 25 years developing and leading investor relations for top-tier companies in the retail, technology and financial services industries. She is skilled in communicating complex information to diverse audiences through written communications including press releases, earnings scripts, presentations and websites.
Robbin holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Merrick School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Northeastern University.
