Are you a student who identifies as female and interested in exploring what you can do in a career, both related to and even beyond your major? Do you want to see how your major can lead to a satisfying and successful career within an organization of interest?
Take advantage of the Husky Treks Program and engage in this opportunity, where you will learn about an organization to explore your possible career path! If you are a STEM undergraduate or graduate student who identifies as female, join us as we take a peek inside VELYS Robotics (in-person), affiliated with DuPuy Synthes, the Orthopedics Company of Johnson & Johnson (J & J) to learn more about the work within the organization. During this Trek, there will be a panel discussion of female-identifying leaders as well as a robotics demonstration! Husky Treks are not hiring events; instead, this is an opportunity to network and explore different career paths.
Applications for this Trek are open from Wednesday, September 6th until Sunday, September 17th, at 12:00 AM. Apply HERE to be considered for this Trek. By applying, you are not guaranteed a spot. Applicants will be advised if they have been accepted during the week of September 21st.
To attend this Husky Trek, you must first attend a mandatory virtual Husky Trek Orientation on Thursday, October 5th from 6:00 – 6:30PM via Zoom. A zoom link will be shared with you if selected for this opportunity. The details of the Trek will only be sent to you after you attend the Orientation.
