Navigating the Canadian regulatory affairs job market can be quite daunting, especially as a newcomer to Canada. In addition to your regulatory education, you also bring a unique profile to Canada. Come and hear from Lulu (Silu) Zhang, a MedTech regulatory leader and former reviewer at the Chinese Food and Drug Administration (CFDA, now NMPA), who has successfully transitioned to a career in the private sector in Canada. Lulu will share her firsthand experience navigating the regulatory affairs market as a newcomer and offer unique insights into the technical and communication skills that will open doors to new opportunities. Her talk will have a specific focus on the Canadian market. This talk will be of interest to students in all RGA tracks, especially those who have initiated the job search.
