The finance curriculum offers opportunities to develop specialized knowledge and skills in one or more areas such as corporate finance, investment management, financial risk management, and real estate. Our strategy is to:

  • Support a faculty that delivers a world-class finance curriculum to our undergraduate and graduate students; emphasizing cutting edge, conceptually rigorous, and highly-relevant, practice-oriented learning experiences.
  • Support faculty research that is disseminated in a variety of outlets, including the most elite academic finance journals, elite practitioner-oriented journals, and a variety of other high-quality publication and media outlets.
  • Deliver high-quality service to our key constituents, including our students and those who employ our students.

Financial management and investment methods used in practice have undergone dramatic changes over the past 25 years. The field is very dynamic and our faculty and vast array of course offerings enable our students to keep on the cutting edge of the field.
